Culinary Travels – The Valais
One of the most dramatic cantons of Switzerland, the Valais has it all-great scenery, fantastic wine, and wonderful food. We’ll sample it all from the mountain resort towns of Verbier and Saas Fee to the valley communities of Sion and Sierre. We’ll witness a local baking tradition that goes back generations, take a trip to the top of the mountain and see how the food gets there, and sip some wine from Europe’s highest vineyard.

Hotels call on “César Ritz” students for assistance
As part of the Leadership Programme, Academic Director John Swarbrooke has developed a new initiative that gives students the chance to undertake real live consultancy projects for hotels. The first project was for a group of students to assist a 3-star property in Iceland that was experiencing difficulties.
